Content: RESOLVED:   Cabinet is asked to:   A. Approve a contract variation, to Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL), to act as the Council’s Agent to deliver leisure services B. Delegate authority to the Executive Director Environment, Civic Pride and Climate to conclude negotiations and enter into a Deed of Variation to an Agency agreement for leisure services on behalf of the Council.
