Purpose: Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 20th August 2015 in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2014/1300/F.

Content: Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 20th August 2015 in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2014/1300/F. Breckland Council authorises the release of £2998.63 to Garvestone & Thuxton Village Hall from Recreation Contribution held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 20th August 2015, in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2014/1300/F, for the replacement seating in the children’s play area and replacement of seats on toddler swing set, at the Garvestone & Thuxton Village Hall, Dereham Road, Garvestone. This work is consistent with the requirements within the S106 Agreement as detailed above.   It is recommended that delegated authority is granted to release £2998.63 from the Recreation Contribution held by the Council in accordance with S106 Agreement dated 20th August 2015 under planning application 3PL/2014/1300/F for this project.   ·         Fully fund the application as set out in the report.   ·         Do nothing.
