Purpose: Summary On 12 March 2024 Cabinet approved the principle of providing a Loan and Repayment Plan to freehold homeowners of timber framed and timber/UPVC clad properties affected by the fire safety concerns following the fire at a Council owned property in Moss Hall Grove in Summer 2023. This report details the decision of the Executive Director of Growth in consultation with the Director of Finance, to agree the eligibility criteria, amounts and the policy to make the loans and agree the repayment terms.
