Content: RESOLVED that: 1) the progress made to date on the implementation of the NEC Housing Management System be noted; 2) the additional funding of £372k to deliver Phases 3 and 4 and scope Phase 5 of the NEC Housing Management System be approved; and 3) the intention to bring any further resource request in respect of the implementation of Phase 5 back to Committee be noted.
