Content: RECOMMENDED to Council that:   1)    a separate Health and Wellbeing Board be re-established for Kingston, and the proposed amendments to the constitution as set out in Annex A be approved;   2)     the current Kingston Partnership Board be disestablished;   3)    Authority to be delegated to the Monitoring Officer to make any consequential amendments to the Constitution as a result of the above changes.
