Content: 1.         That the continuation of the pension top-up arrangement scheme for employees to provide workforce benefit and financial savings for the Council, be approved. 2.         That a contract for a term of five years be awarded to My Money Matters via the Salary Sacrifice Additional Voluntary Contributions Framework as the single supplier under the said framework for this benefit.
