Content: Resolved: 1.  That Councillor Flood be appointed to Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL). 2.  That the following Councillors be appointed to the Project Integra Strategic Board: (1) Councillor Drew (2) Deputy: Councillor P North 3.  That a Mid Hampshire Joint Committee is established on a voluntary basis until the enactment of the Hampshire (Structural Changes) Order (“SCO”) and Councillor P North is appointed as representative for Test Valley Borough Council to the voluntary Joint Committee and thereafter to the formal Mid Hampshire Joint Committee. 4.  That a South-West Hampshire Joint Committee is established on a voluntary basis until the enactment of the Hampshire (Structural Changes) Order and Councillor Bundy is appointed as representative for Test Valley Borough Council to the voluntary Joint Committee and thereafter to the formal South-West Hampshire Joint Committee. 5.  That the Leader or in his absence the Deputy Leader be delegated authority to appoint substitutes to attend these Joint Committees, as required. 6.  That the Leader, in consultation with the Chief Executive, be delegated authority to agree any other matters to support the establishment and operation of the two Joint Committees, and respond to the Government’s request for information for input into the draft SCO.
