That the transfer of £2.281M to the Corporate Plan Priorities Reserve as detailed in paragraph 5.3 be approved. 3. That the reallocation of earmarked reserves, as detailed in paragraph 5.4, be approved. 4. That the net transfers to reserves of £2.617M detailed in Annex 3 be approved. 5. That the Director of Finance and Revenues be authorised to make necessary adjustments through the Corporate Plan Priorities Reserve should any additional variances be identified in finalising the Statement of Accounts for 2025/26.
