Purpose:

Content: Following consideration of the report the Cabinet resolved: 1.   That appointments are no longer made by the County Council to the outside bodies listed in Appendix A and that they be deleted from the list. 2.   That the outside bodies listed in Appendix B are confirmed, including any additions, to which the Cabinet, Cabinet Members or Committees appoint to as set out in that table and that each of these appointments be an approved duty for which expenses can be claimed. 3.   That appointments are made by the Cabinet and Cabinet Members to the outside bodies as shown in the revised Appendix B until the next County Council election, with a maximum term of 4 years, unless a different timeframe is stated. 4.   That any vacancies remaining be reviewed by the Cabinet and Cabinet Members and be appointed to at the earliest opportunity. 5.   That Cllr Natasha Davie and Cllr Sue Wallsgrove be appointed to the Environment Agency: Southern Regional Flood and Coastal Committee until the next County Council election, with a maximum term of 4 years. The call-in deadline is 9 July 2026.
