Content: R E S O L V E D– that: (i)            the immediate Article 4 Direction (provided at Appendix A to the Committee report), removing Use Class C4 permitted development rights for small HMOs (up to 6 people) in the Caterham Valley, Caterham Hill and Whyteleafe areas (shown on Appendix B to the report) be confirmed; and   (ii)           the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Chair of Planning Policy Committee, be authorised to inform the Secretary of State that the Direction referred to in (i) has been confirmed.
