Purpose: The current council water utilities supply and sewage removal contract for non-residential and corporate properties is coming to an end on 27th February 2027. Therefore, new contracts are required. Approve the water procurement strategy, as set out and to provide delegated authority to award a contract to Laser’s winning tender, under the council’s contract standing orders 2026.

Content: 1.     To approve the water procurement strategy as set out in this report, and to delegate authority to award a contract to LASER’s preferred supplier, in accordance with the Council’s Contract Standing Orders 2026   2.     Appendices 1 (Project Financial details) and Appendix 2 (Procurement process) to be exempt.
