Reasons for the Decision: The residents designated to use the parking places listed in Appendix 1 no longer live at those addresses. These parking places cannot be used by any others. Details of alternative options considered and rejected: No alternative options were considered because the disabled residents’ designated parking places are longer used by designated resident and cannot used by any other resident or blue badge holder.
