Sub Scheme of Delegation - Strategic Director of Regeneration and Environment.pdf, Page 21.   Decision: That the Service Director of Planning, Regeneration & Transport exercises his delegated powers to approve in principle, and authorise:   1.     The revocation of the disabled residents’’ designated parking places listed in Appendix 1. 2.     The Director of Legal Services to make the Traffic Regulation Order.     Reasons for the Decision: The residents designated to use the parking places listed in Appendix 1 no longer live at those addresses. These parking places cannot be used by any others.
