Purpose:

Content: To approve the Contract Award to Kwest Research Limited at a cost £162,245.16, from 27 July 2026 to 31 March 2029.  To carry out an annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) telephone survey of 1500 Lambeth council tenants, an annual TSM telephone census survey of all Homes for Lambeth tenants and a monthly random sample survey of 300 Lambeth Council tenants who recently received a received a repair to their homes.
