Content: The Head of Committee and Management Support introduced the report.   RESOLVED:   That the Sutton Shareholdings Board be established as a sub-committee of the Strategy and Resources Committee.  That members of the Sutton Shareholdings Board be appointed, as set out in paragraph 3.4 of the report.   That the chair and vice chair of the Sutton Shareholdings Board be appointed, as set out in paragraph 3.4 of the report.
