Content: The report will provide an update to the Committee on the marketing process of the property at 2 Throwley Road, Sutton, the selection process of the tenant and a summary of the key terms proposed. Councillor Sunita Gordon, Lead Member for Resources made some introductory comments.   Strategic Director of Resources and Section 151 Officer introduced the report.   RESOLVED: That the grant of a lease for up to 15 years to Bidder A, as identified in the accompanying Appendix A be approved.
