Content: AGREED: that   1.   The tender documentation, including evaluation criteria, draft framework agreement and schedules (as set out in the body of the report subject to minor amendments) be approved.   2.   the commencement of the procurement and the issue of the Tender Notice and documentation be authorised.   To commence the process to enable the Council to appoint up to 4 contractors to a framework to deliver adaptation works to domestic properties – general building for a period of 2 years from 1st December 2026, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
