Purpose: To seek adoption of the Place Plan Conformity Guidance and approval to sign up to the Placemaking Wales Charter  

Content: To seek adoption of the Place Plan Conformity Guidance and approval to sign up to the Placemaking Wales Charter   RECOMMENDED TO CABINET:   a)    That Council become a signatory to the Placemaking Wales Charter as actioned in the Future Generations Compliance Report and promote the Placemaking Charter via all services within the Council.   b)    That delegated authority be given to the Head of Housing, Planning and Place and Portfolio Holder for Finances and Strategic Planning to make non material changes for accuracy as required prior to consultation and publication.
