Content: RECOMMENDED TO CABINET:   a)    That the 6-week consultation on the ‘Placemaking and Place Plans Compliance in Conwy: A Guide for Communities’ as Supplementary Planning Guidance be approved.    b)    That the 6-week consultation period on the Bay of Colwyn Place Plan as Supplementary Planning Guidance be approved.   c)    That delegated authority be given to the Head of Housing, Planning and Place and Portfolio Holder for Finances and Strategic Planning to make non-material changes for accuracy as required prior to consultation and publication.
