Purpose: Commission local specialist organisations to provide support for adults to move towards employment, supporting their wellbeing and helping to reduce poverty

Content: -  Approve the allocation of £360,000 from Public Health reserves (allocated to the ‘Anti-Poverty Fund’) to commission specialist services to support local engagement for employability, wellbeing and poverty reduction. -  Approve the commissioning process outlined in this report, with the Inclusive Employment team acting as lead client in collaboration with Public Health and the Communities Team. -  A further Decision to appoint will be made once Tenders have been Evaluated. -  Instruct the Assistant Director Strategy, Inclusion & Corporate Affairs, in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Law and Governance, to complete the necessary documentation.
