Purpose: To seek a delegated decision to advertise and make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) for Ellison Place Footbridge and Ellison Place Footbridge Link to Centre Hotel for a period longer than 18 months. At this stage, the TTRO is expected to be required for up to 5 years, although this period could be shortened or extended as the restrictions imposed by the proposed Order are requireddue to ongoing development works.  The duration will therefore depend on the progress of those works; the TTRO will, however, be revoked as soon as the works are completed.
