Content: To seek a delegated decision to advertise and in the event that no objections are received, make a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) to extend permit parking in the form of permit holder only areas. Authorise: 1. That notices in respect of the measures described in this report, should be prepared, and advertised; and 2. That in the event that no objections are received following the period of consultation required by statute, that the circumstances do not warrant the holding of a Public Inquiry the Traffic Regulation Order shall be made.
