Content: To approve the revised policy                           RESOLVED: The Cabinet: a)    Approve the revised Joint Property Asset Disposal policy. b)    Approve the revised Joint Community Asset Transfer policy. c)     Delegate authority to the Director of Development and Corporate Landlord in consultation with the Director of Finance, Director of Policy and Programmes and the Director of Legal and Democratic to make minor amendments to the policies as required.
