Content: RESOLVED: That Cabinet: a)    Approve the introduction of a local discretionary pub ‘top up’ relief scheme, providing an additional 15 per cent relief for eligible pubs during 2026/27, at an estimated total cost of £180,000. Of this amount, £72,000 represents the council’s direct cost, to be funded from the budgeted revenue transfer to reserves. b)    Approve the scheme criteria and conditions as set out in this report, which replicates the Government’s new pub relief qualifying criteria.
