Content: To approve the new policy and application process to award funding to Community Led Housing. RESOLVED: That Cabinet: a)    Approve the adoption of the Community Led Housing Seed Fund policy and application process. b)    Approve the Director of Housing and Environment having delegated authority to approve any awards in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member. c)     To delegate authority to the Director of Housing and Environment to make minor amendments to the policy and process in future.
