Content: The Leader took Members to a vote on the recommendations which were agreed unanimously.   RESOLVED:   Cabinet:   (i)               Delegated authority to the Director for People and Commercial Services to commence commercial negotiations with Serco   (ii)              Subject to (i) above, enter into a 5-year extension to the Waste Management Contract to 31 July 2033   (iii)            Receive an update its September meeting on the outcome of those negotiations.
