Infrastructure providers with eligible projects were invited to bid in early 2026. The report will present the recommendations of the CIL Executive Boards following the assessment of infrastructure project bids by Members and Officers.   To agree the release of funds from the CIL governance pots as recommended by the CIL Executive Board.
