Content: Resolved That Cabinet 1) Approves the addition of £1.754 million to the capital programme to deliver the scheme at Southam Primary School, funded by developer contributions; 2) Approves the addition of £0.364 million to the capital programme to deliver the scheme at Southam College, funded by developer contributions; 3) Approves the addition of £0.058 million to the capital programme to deliver the scheme at Bishops Itchington Primary School (Southam), funded by developer contributions; 4) Approves the increase of 4 places within the SEND resourced provision at Briar Hill Infant School (Leamington Spa) and approves the addition of £0.034 million to the capital programme to deliver the scheme, funded from the High Needs Capital Allocation; and 5) Authorises the Executive Director for Children and Young People, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Property, to carry out appropriate procurement processes (or where the scheme is school led to make the necessary funding arrangements) and to enter into all appropriate contracts and agreements for these schemes, on terms and conditions considered acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
