Purpose:
Content: AGREED: that the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in Appendix A be noted. officers be instructed to inform those parties that Tendered in this matter (as well as those who expressed an interest in this matter) of the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report). Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the voluntary standstill period, a framework agreement be formally concluded with the organisations listed in Appendix A. To appoint additional contractors to the Framework for Pool of Small Contractors to predominantly assist the Voids in-house team to deliver repairs to vacant domestic properties from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2027.
