Content: Approves the update of the programme of schemes to be delivered. RESOLVED that Cabinet:- 1. Approves the update of the programme of schemes that have already been delivered through the City Region Sustainable Transport Funds and approved by the Department for Transport and Cabinet (Cab 2.11.2022/12). 2. Authorise the Service Director, Environment and Transport, to: I. Deliver the updated programme of schemes through the City Region Sustainable Transport Fund, Transforming Cities Fund etc. II. Deliver the agreed programme of Active Travel Schemes funded through City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement or the Department for Transport Active Travel Fund. 3. Notes that approval has already been granted through the Cabinet Report in 2022 to authorise the Director of Finance (S151 Officer) to enter into such funding agreements as are required to access the City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement funding. 4. Authorises the acceptance of £0.300m from City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement funding via South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to deliver Kendray School links Active Travel. 5. Authorises the acceptance of £4.000m from City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement funding via South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority to deliver the Penistone Rail Station Footbridge & Park and Ride scheme.
