Content: Cllr Vivek Ganachari was unable to attend. The Panel proceeded with the quorum of two members. The Temporary Street Trading Licence application was heard by Cllrs Johan Lindsten and Tony Louki, the Premises Licence application by Cllrs Tony Louki and Karen Smith. Cllr Louki was appointed Chair for item 7, the Temporary Street Trading Licence application by Healthy Bites, which was heard first. He thanked Cllr Lindsten for his attendance. Cllr Smith was appointed Chair for item 4, the Premises Licence application by Dusra Indian Restaurant.. She thanked Cllr Louki for his attendance.
