Purpose:
Content: RESOLVED: 1. To agree the new Planning Committee Terms of Reference (appendix 1) to replace the existing Planning Sub Planning Committee Terms of Reference (appendix 2) 2. To recommend to Full Council that the new Planning Committee Terms of Reference (appendix 1) be adopted to form part of the Constitution 3. To recommend to Full Council that the Planning Sub-Committee should become a committee in its own right rather than a Sub-Committee of the Corporate Committee. 4. To recommend to Full Council that the Monitoring Officer is given delegated authority to: 4.1. Finalise the Terms of Reference, and any consequential amendments to the Planning Code of Conduct following publication of the enacted Regulations to reflect any changes to the proposed National Scheme as the secondary legislation progresses through Parliament. 4.2. Amend the Terms of Reference of the Corporate Committee to remove references to planning functions.
