Content: RESOLVED that 1. The implementation of an agency model contract with further authority to sign and agree documents delegated to the Executive Director of Place once all contractual, tax, occupational and property documentation has been finalised to the satisfaction of the Council and its external advisers Ward Hadaway and PS Tax be approved. 2. The associated authority to enter into surrender agreements, licences and leases including sub – leases is delegated to the Executive Director for Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adults, Economy and Regeneration be approved. The move from the existing leisure contract to an agency model will realise financial savings as detailed in the 2026/27 budget. To continue with the existing contract and not make the financial savings. None.
