Purpose: JBA Consulting were procured in 2023 following an open tendering exercise conducted in accordance with the Council’s financial regulations, to prepare a Level 1 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment for the Fylde Coast authorities (Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Councils). There is a requirement to update the Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) Level 1 due to national updates in flood risk modelling produced by the Environment Agency.
