It sets out key priorities, performance management and planned actions to ensure assets remain safe, operational, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Cllr Colin Hay sought Cabinet approval to approve and adopt the Property Maintenance Strategy. Having considered all of the information, Cabinet noted the report and RESOLVED to: 1. Approve and adopts the Property Maintenance Strategy 2. Delegate authority to the Assistant Director of Asset Management and Property Services (AMPS) to implement the Strategy.
