Content: RESOLVED that, having reviewed the draft Corporate Strategy for East Surrey, including the draft vision, strategic priorities and behaviours, the Executive 1. agreed the proposed approach to further Member engagement and refinement of the Strategy prior to submission of a final version for Shadow Executive consideration in September 2026; and 2. noted the progress made to date in developing the Corporate Strategy, including engagement undertaken with Shadow Executive Members through the Corporate Strategy workshop held on 26 June 2026 and the evidence base that had informed the draft Strategy.
