Purpose: WECA have approved City Regional Sustainable Transport Scheme (CRSTS) re-balances across the programme. This has resulted in an uplift of funding to complete business cases for our Somer Valley Links (SVL) and Bath Walking, Wheeling, and Cycling (BWWCL) schemes. Both projects aim to improve travel through better bus infrastructure and enabling more walking, wheeling, and cycling.
