Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED   That Full Council:   1.    Accept £321,806 of s106 funding from Devon County Council, for biodiversity enhancements of the suite of eight sites listed in Appendix 1 and to spend this in line with Table 1 in the report below with the corresponding budgetary uplifts; and   2.    Delegates the authority to the Head of Environmental Services, in consultation with the Executive Member for Environment and the Executive Member for Planning, to enter into a funding agreement with Devon County Council, to oversee the recruitment for a Habitat Ranger post, and to oversee the ongoing project delivery and reporting of outputs
