Content: RESOLVED that Cabinet –   (a)      approves the procurement strategy and the invitation of competitive bids for works to provide residential units on the upper floors and to renovate the ground floor commercial units of properties at 64 High Street and 2 – 4 Wellington Road in Rhyl as set out in the Commissioning and Contract Award Form (Appendix 1 to the report), and   (b)      confirms that it has read, understood and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 2 to the report) as part of its consideration.
