That the circumstances leading to the proposed letting, together with the due diligence undertaken by officers and their advisers, be noted. 3. That authority be delegated to the Director of Planning and Growth, in consultation with the Assistant Director of Property, to complete and enter into a new lease on terms substantially in accordance with those set out in the report.
