It be agreed that Property and Children’s Services further develop proposals for the co-location of Children & Family Centre Services and Youth Services at the Spitfire Youth Centre (SYC) Church Lane site, rather than at the Biggin Hill Children & Family Centre (BHCFC) site in Sunningvale Avenue, Biggin Hill. 2. The disposal of the Sunningvale Avenue Children & Family Centre site, either for use as affordable housing development to be delivered by the Council or for sale to achieve a capital receipt be agreed.
