Purpose: On 30 July 2026 the Grants Advisory Committee (GAC) reviewed the recommendation in agenda item 7 of the meeting reports pack to consider the following changes to the Community Chest criteria:   ·       That organisations that have previously received grant funding from the Council must have submitted all required monitoring and evaluation reports relating to earlier awards, and these reports must be deemed satisfactory by Council officers, before any new grant application will be considered for recommendation by the GAC.   ·       That the application form and any supporting documentation may be shared with other Cambridgeshire local authorities for grant administration, funding assessment, monitoring, and audit purposes. All information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.   After consideration, the Committee recommended to the Lead Cabinet Member for Resources to include these amendments in the Community Chest Grant criteria.
