Content: 1.  That the progress made with Year 1 of the Adult Skills Fund, Free Course for Jobs and Skills Bootcamps be noted 2.  That the award of new engineering funding be noted and and approved to be included within the Skills Bootcamp budget; 3.  That the submission of an Expression of Interest for new £429K funding for Construction Skills Bootcamps be noted; 4.  That the acceptance of funding for the Construction Skills Bootcamps (if awarded) be approved and it be agreed that it is added to the existing Skills Bootcamp programme; 5.  That the management of in-year Adult Skills Fund, Skills Bootcamps and Free Courses for Jobs budgets be delegated as outlined in paragraph 26 of the report 6.  That authority to terminate any Adult Skills Fund (ASF), Free Courses for Jobs (FCFJ) or Skills Bootcamp contract be delegated to the Director of Strategy and Operations, in consultation with the Mayor and the Chair of the Employment and Skills Board, and that details of any termination decision be presented to the next available meeting of the Employment and Skills Board
