Outcome:

Is Key Decision?: No

Is Callable In?: Yes

Purpose:

Content: To award the works contract to ETC Sports Surfaces Limited following a tendering exercise, to undertake the replacement of the 3G pitch surface and shockpad repairs on Pitch 1 and 2 at Worthing Leisure Centre in the sum of £98,130.00 plus VAT. The existing 3G pitch surfaces on Pitch 1 and 2 at Worthing Leisure Centre have reached the end of their serviceable life and require replacement to allow South Downs Leisure to continue to hire the pitches to the local community.   Patching works to the surfaces has been carried out, but due to condition this is now not an option and it is time to replace the surface and patch the underlying shockpad which is the most cost effective solution.
