Content: The Cabinet had before it a report * from Head of Housing and Health on the Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Contract 2026-2030. The Cabinet Member for Housing, Assets and Property Services outlined the contents of the report with particular reference to the following: RESOLVED that: 1. The new 3 years 7 months contract with the option to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year) for ASHP / Renewables Servicing and Maintenance Contract 2026 – 2032 be awarded to British Gas Social Housing Limited, t/a PH Jones. 2. Delegated authority be granted to the S151 Officer (in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing, Assets and Property Services) to complete the associated service and maintenance contract (the contract).
