Purpose:
Content: The Director of Community Services submitted a report regarding the ongoing Ribblesdale Pool Refurbishment Scheme. Members were advised of the progress of the refurbishment works and proposals for a number of additional improvements to the facility intended to enhance the customer experience and accessibility upon reopening. The report requested approval for the proposed funding arrangements for these works. RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE: 1. Approve a further additional budget of £133,000 to the pool refurbishment capital scheme and that this be financed through the use of existing section 106 monies from the Standen development, of £133,000. 2. Delegate to the Director of Community Services in consultation with the Chair of Community Committee agreement of the final detail of the additional works to be completed.
