Content: The Chief Executive submitted a report seeking approval to appointment consultants to survey the land at Whalley Woodland and to approve the additional budget for this work. RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE: 1. Approve the appointment of LK Consultant to complete the works set out within Appendix 1 of the report. 2. Approve a supplementary estimate of £44,850 to allow for investigatory works, funded from the Pensions Triennial Revaluation Reserve (£38,529), the Performance Reward Grant Reserve (£3,050) and New Homes Bonus Reserve (£3,271). 3. Approve an exemption to the Contract Procedure Rules, so that no further quotations need be sought, due to reasons of extreme urgency.
