Content: To request authority to vary and extend a contract in respect of subscription for Brent residents to receive free premium access to breastfeeding and parental support through a mobile application provided by LatchAid Ltd (Anya). That the Cabinet Member for Community Safety and Public Health, having consulted with the Leader:   i)               Approves the variation of a the contract for the subscription to Anya, LatchAid Ltd to allow for an extension to the contract.   ii)              Approves the extension of the contract for the subscription to Anya, LatchAid Ltd, for breastfeeding and parenthood support for all Brent residents, for a period of 31 months (25 August 2026 to 31 March 2029) at an extension value of £75,812.46.   As detailed within the accompanying report.
