Content: Decision on the outcome of the Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) consultation.     Resolved That     (i)     the results of the public consultation on the draft proposed Woking town centre Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) be noted;             (ii)    the officer recommendation to implement the PSPO is accepted;             (iii)    authority is delegated to the Strategic Director – Communities and Housing to take all necessary steps to effect the decision and implement the PSPO subject to agreement, including all necessary publications and notifications as required by the legislation, and noting that regular reviews will be carried out via the Joint Action Group and quarterly reports to the Community Safety Partnership meetings; with a formal review of the operation and impact to be undertaken within 12 months of implementation and reported to the Council;             (iv)   authority is delegated to the Strategic Director – Communities and Housing, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, to allow minor amendments to the order throughout the duration of the Order; and             (v)    authority is delegated to the Strategic Director – Communities and Housing to authorise appropriate officers of the Council (and any authorised agents), to enforce the Public Spaces Protection Order, including the issuing of Fixed Penalty Notices at the agreed level and applying any changes required by legislation.
