Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Assistant Director of Environmental Services, as contained on pages 527 to 536 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval for the installation of an additional 50 public litter bins across West Lancashire to improve environmental quality, reduce littering and respond to identified service demands in key locations across the borough. RESOLVED: A. That the associated revenue and resource requirements necessary to service, empty and maintain the additional 50 public litter bin provision be approved. B. That authority be delegated to the Assistant Director of Environmental Services to implement the necessary operational arrangement requirements to deliver the service.
