Content: Consideration was given to the report of the Director of Housing & Environmental Services, as contained on pages 537 to 540 of the Book of Reports, which sought approval of funding to procure an independent review setting out the options for the future use of Delf House and approval of funding to procure an independent review into Tawd Valley Developments and its future business activity. RESOLVED: A. That the procurement of an independent consultant to produce a report setting out options for the future use of Delf House with associated financial implications be approved. B. That a maximum budget of £190k to be taken from general reserves to undertake the review as per A above be approved. C. That the procurement of an independent Consultant to undertake a review into Tawd Valley Developments and to produce a report setting out the recommendation for its future business activity be approved, as detailed in the report. D. That a maximum budget of £150k to be taken from general reserves to undertake the review as per C. above be approved. E. That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Housing and Environment in consultation with the Section 151 Officer and Monitoring Officer, to take all necessary steps to implement the proposals contained within the report, including entering into any necessary agreements and commissioning the approved reviews. F. That the findings and recommendations arising from both reviews be reported back to full Council, as separate reports, for consideration and determination of any proposed future actions.
